Meet Malcolm

Meet Malcolm

Malcolm is a devoted Meditation and Mindfulness practitioner who is constantly learning, discovering and deepening his practice. Teaching the art, the joys and the benefits of meditation and mindfulness is Malcolm’s purpose in life and he has created a safe space for you to become present and retrain your mind.

With a warm, calm, understanding and relatable presence, Malcolm combines his passions and interest in psychology and Buddhism with a healthy dose of evidence: he balances the spiritual side of meditation and mindfulness with science.

An accredited Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Malcolm has been taught by Dr Itai Ivtzan and has supplemented his IMMA accreditation with volumes of spiritual and scientific learnings.

His exploration of Eastern spiritual practices began in his late teens when he completed the book, The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama. Since then, he’s embarked on frequent spiritual journeys between Tibet and Thailand. In 2019, Malcolm packed up his life in Australia and temporarily moved to a Thai forest monastery where he immersed himself in the practices of Theravada Buddhism.
